That should be the question because we don’t know if the drivers being inattentive actually lead to anything bad happening, I think. If the drivers are inattentive but there is no downside to that, then it doesn’t really matter.

I have Frontier DSL. It was sold to me as 16MBps, but I corrected the salesperson that it is actually 16Mbps. In any case, I get about 12Mbps on a good day. A modem reboot seems to help it speed up for a bit.

They have also always had unlimited uploads for free at lower quality.
