I am having the same issue and its EXTREMELY frustrating. Using an old account to post. It's definitely not my openid provider, as I'm using it to authenticate to Stackoverflow no problem.
This is particularly distressful as I was right about to use clickpass and django for a site I'm launching. Here's hoping it's an issue with Arc and not CP.
Yep. I use it all the time.
I was a fake vi user for a few years before I finally decided to sit down and learn it. What helped me get into the "feel" of vi was finally disabling my arrow-keys and forcing myself to use the hjkl keys for movement. It will suck for the first few weeks but eventually you'll notice a significant increase in productivity. Throw this into your .vimrc:

I definitely don't trust a site that veils their affiliate link. (Load their SEO optimized 'book links' in lynx then control-c really quickly. You'll see a link that looks like ttp://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?ie=UTF8&location=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2Fdp%2F0814473431%2F&tag=personalmba-20&l )
This site was designed solely to garner commission on book sales. At least when someone like Jeff Atwood tries to weasel his way into affiliate sales, he pretends to have read the book and gives a critique.
