APL was capable of doing something similar. It would be nice to have keyboards with extended set of characters.

IE8 has not a bad js debugger. At least it is stopping for me on breakpoints and is more stable than firebug. In Beta it was crashing/hanging, but it seams they improved something.

I think his statement can't influence noticeably the bank's share price. But he is a respectful voice for me, because of his public position and personal success.
