picking up a girl on linkedin only works if you approach in a professional way anyway. The chances for a coffee meeting is 100x higher if you suggest discussing some mutual professional interests (fake it if you must) then just saying '' do you want to go on a date with me''. Then if you like each other you will notice the sparks flying. If not you now have networked professionaly. win win

Anyone know of any aggregate accounts? could be good business.
all of your examples are places you go to. things are happening in front of you. Onlyfans? not so much. You pay for digital entertainment that is the same as any free digital entertainment. It's sad for both parties to be honest.
"sold to investors without registering the security with the regulatory body" I knew you would say that, because there are countless judgements against companies to be easily found with that exact scenario. That's actually not the same situation as finding out a non accredited individual was allowed to purchase a security in a private offering. And "without an applicable exemption" is too vague and can mean anything. No way to know.
I understand but then show me an example it has become a problem for those that issuid an investment and accepted a non accredited person.
I checked that link but can't find a single one concerning non-accredited investors. Can you post one? I want to get familiar with this matter.
Do international investors in a USA based startup need to be ''accredited'' acording to SEC rules even if their own country allows them to invest freely?
''Companies and individuals get fined and sanctioned for non-exempt offerings of securities all the time all day every day.''
where are those published?
Not OP but check out this (1) thread from yesterday . balloonary (2) is mentioned as a solution to quickly launch a sign up page. Here (3) is an example of how that would look like.

exactly. And not only that, people who work at telecom providers sell illegal services to whoever wants to pay. They give you access to anyones numbers for money.
they sent phishing links thru sms and also do sim swaps. They hijack the phone number by connecting it to another sim card. They also have people work at the providers that give them access to these numbers. I'm in those groups so I'm not talking out of my ass.
quoting top comment under the article:
So let's break this down: A 17-year-old software firm (they are not a startup) has Has only 125 paying customers Generates 742MM in revenue Raised between $2.6 - $3.0 billion dollars in venture capital to generate that $742MM Has never broken even in 17 years Lost $580 MM Concentrates nearly a 1/3 of its revenue in 3 customers (avg rev ~$67MM per those top 3, a staggering amount for a software company of this size) Grew revenues by 25% YoY, that's good, but 91% of that comes from existing clients, that's bad Valued at $20 billion by private investors And the coup de grace, the founders want to keep 49.999% control in perpetuity regardless of their stock ownership. I expected a lot more given the hype and aura this firm has had for so many years. This company is being valued at 26x its revenue, which is insane even in SaaS land. Good luck to anyone who purchases these shares on the open market. I would highly recommend against it.
amazing insight
lollll
the way you wrote this comment, with the sources fully visable at the bottom, amazing. I will start doing this myself.
phone numbers are shared in groups with tens of thousands of people. They spam, herass, hack etc. Forcing you to change your number.
And Amazon
you mean just like Amazon?
don't fall for it. The market says these aren't worth buying. Don't go against the market.
I just dropped my group of friends of 25 years because all they talk about is going out drinking. Even the one that just bought a house, is married, has small child and another one on the way. All they want is to hanh out drinking beers. like multiple times a week. That shit ain't normal lol. And I agree, Vegas ticks all the boxes.
you sound single. are you?
1.5 hour commute is remote? I have done that for years. I would consider 3 hours one way remote as I have done that too but couldn't last more than 6 weeks before being burned out.
if ideas don't matter, explain Uber and the dozens of copy cat apps that launched right after all over the world. Why didn't they launch before Uber was even thought of by the founder?
I agree with you I also have been looking for place where good ideas are shared and discussed. Couldn't find any except the usual subreddits where posts do occaisionally come by discussing trends, ideas etc. A good idea is rare. I don't follow the belief of ideas are a dime a dozen. If that where the case why was Uber the first company to innovate in the taxi space and why suddenly just after it launched like 20 different companies launched everywhere in the world doing exactly the same.
exactly so Microsoft pays
facebook was a social network. now it's just a phonebook. Instagram has replaced the social network portion of it for most people. People that want to stay connected but don't want to be social use facebook only. Tiktok is a viral video app. Just like Vine was. Vine failed and left a hole. Tiktok went in and filled that hole. That's it.
microsoft isn't foreign
why would I when I can just look at my neighboring countries where taxes are lower and quality of roads is therefor also lower?
I know lol and I prefer it that way and keep more of my money. What don't you understand about that lol.
only when you need brand new roads and high tech traffic lights. I simply don't value that stuff but I don't make the rules here. The belgium system works far better for me. Less tax and bad roads. Works fine.
