everybody is trying to fit in, and those who don't want to are labelled as: haters, [...]-ists, [...]-phobic, without taste, etc. Non-conformists have always been looked down upon. It became so much easier to ostracize and shame them now across all of the social media platforms.. Eco-chambers became ego-chambers
China will most likely come out "the winner" from this meeting - they know how to appease the orange baboon's ego
i can't describe how happy this project makes me feel. Honestly, i don't even know why. I mean, the idea is great but it's nothing "extra", still it just feels right. Like breath of fresh air.
This is a good thing, imo. Perhaps, the EU could generally switch to OSS, wherever possible, thus eroding even more the grip of the US tech giants on parts of the digital world.
