Steve jobs said the same thing. however, we need to define great talent. imo they are laser focused people who also love helping others.
unfortunately, have seen too much arrogance in corporate, and have always asked what if that person has been a humble guy?
as someone who loves math, I want to collaborate with mathematicians to solve some hard problems
overall, the quality of products has been going downhill.
AI is not there yet, instead of working hard, everyone is choosing the easy way out.
AI slop wins prize, I wonder if Ai slop read it also. would not be surprised. however not to judge anyone, I think we are seeing slop everywhere, hope some things still require hard blocks for low quality.

Tim Cook was the guy Steve choosed. Don't know him personally, but he is leaving a great company behind. The new CEO has a lot to prove. Design wise, have heard he has made some mistakes but Apple ability to improve, will not fall behind. Hope he is a fighter, a pirate ;)
