Title is a bit misleading, should be more like "Pinterest announces intent to open-source Teletraan, a tool for code deployments"

EDIT: Xeroday helpfully pointed out that there IS a link to code in another blog post in the same series.

I think that's debatable... with the currently humongous list of available plugins and it's project-focused interface, I don't think it's much of a stretch at this point to identify it as a lightweight IDE.

On the landing page, bottom right: "A parody of simulation games for geeks".

Quick suggestion: rather than having your headers return 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' '*';, you're better off echoing the requesting domain back, so that in the future you'll be able to maintain a whitelist of registered domains. Prevents usage from any-old-domain (though I realize you have authorization already built into some parts of your API).

Check out Black Sails, there's a scene in one of the later episodes of the season that portrays the measurement of speed using the chip board and knotted rope. The term "knot" immediately clicked for me when I saw that.
