This view that you don’t need JS and can do most things natively is tired and screams of old timers trying to cling on to the past, when web pages didn’t have rich user interactions and good UX. Sure, you can build forms that perform full page refreshes, but ajax requests offer a better user experience.
My employer is in this list, along with their main competitor. However, said competitor's domain is incorrect and links to a much smaller unrelated page.
They go out of their way to try and represent both sides of a coin, to a fault. If it’s clearly raining, and they have a guest on to talk about the rain, they will also have a guest on who will try and argue “oh these precipitation levels don’t constitute rain” etc. A bit contrived but you get the idea.
I didn't expect to find this level of, frankly, absolute nonsense on HN. Please don't write fabricated statistics which have no basis in reality. It's dangerous to present such misinformation.
