This is not how it works in practise. I’ve been on Starlink for more than three months, and I play CS and other competetive shooters daily. There is no such a thing 100ms latency spikes every X seconds. Same for packet loss. Teams calls are no problem at all, and the latency and quality of the Internet is comparible to that of a fibre lane. You wouldn’t be able to tell the difference if you didn’t know you are on the Starlink network.
CrowdStrike has various auto update policies, including not to automatically update to the latest version, but to the latest version -1 or even -2. Customers with those two policies are also impacted.
I keep my KeePass file on my OneDrive / iCloud account. This way it is always up to date as it syncs automatically after each change and my devices always open the most recent version.

What? How can favoriting high-performing employees ever be a valid reason?
It might be a long shot, but if you do think that some of those files might be images, you can try dumping their contents as hex and then use an online hex-to-image converter and see if this produces anything useful.
