My understanding is that a good number of the exchanges currently operating require payment to list new coins, often in the form of a significant stake in the coin itself. At any point has any exchange ever stated that their company and officers do not hold stakes in the coins that are traded? I haven't seen it.

Are there specific reasons for that particular date?

What a great game! It worked so smoothly over dial up. I put a lot of hours into this back in the day. The balance in the ship types and the teamwork required is brilliant. And then all of the mods for different game types and maps... just so much fun.

Built in camera and video capture has improved an incredible amount. I think the value this provides to people with modern "phones" is pretty significant.

atlasobscura.com seems to mostly be click bait and paid placement these days, and it consistently gets spammed to social media platforms. I wish there was a way to filter out certain news sources from the feed.

It's the same as the Microsoft "How old are you?" and Google "What painting do you look like?" apps. People don't think about what's going on behind something that seems trivial.

I switched to only playing and buying games that work on Linux a few years ago and haven't regretted a moment of it. Indie games might not be as shiny and realistic looking but they're typically more creative and deep.

Those are extremely bold assertions with no evidence provided to back them up. How is Bitfinex secured from an inability to pay out? To my knowledge, they have never published an independent 3rd party audit showing that they actually have the reserves that would be required.
