I don't see how the threat of regulatory capture would argue against letting experts decide what actions need to be taken to protect the publics health and the environment

I would much rather unelected bureaucrat scientists decide how to implement the intent and application of laws than congress.

I don't disagree, but as someone who uses T-Mobile, the only thing they have going for them is their cheap prices and freebies. And even then they're barely worth it. If prices rise their customer base will disappear.

I pay for way more streaming services than I should but unsubscribed from Netflix years ago and started sharing a login with extended family. Even though I have access to it I rarely use Netflix. The only thing I remember watching in the past year is The Sandman. Almost every interesting new show or old movie is available on a different service.
