Some airlines such as Alaska and Southwest already offer this but the pain is monitoring the drops for your fare class etc. If Google is automating that, then more power to them!

I thought MRIs didn't have any radiation exposure as opposed to X-Rays and CT scans; unsure about this benefit of less exposure to radiation from 1 whole-body MRI vs multiple MRIs (should be the same IMO)

It may be best to learn some basic coding yourself - ask your cofounder to show you the ropes. It's almost a professional courtesy to give you a knowledge transition before they take off. Also, have you considered asking them to help you out on a part time basis moving forward? A lot of stuff might be in their head so it never hurts....

In my experience, a methodology should help a team get work done without having to think about the various steps/stages of the work.

Large corporations like to get everything down to a standard process (typically). A software development methodology lets them do exactly that; it promises a consistent process and (hopefully) quality.

In a way this works well - small firms innovate and come up with new methodologies which may at some point get to a tipping point where everybody wants a piece of the latest craze. Not everyone is in the business of questioning what works well or why - "if the competition is going Agile or setting up a DevOps team, then it must be good for us as well"
