I think if you use the username malware, I think you should expect this kind of stuff. It's not atypical for a company like that to have references to malware that might interfere with your username.

IMO, it's pretty straight-forward. They created it because of Java. If Java doesn't exist, C# doesn't exist.

I have both, and I agree these are great. I really appreciate the style of the Goodfellow book, it's very approachable.
