Director, Growth Engineering I'm looking for an experienced leader to oversee an organization of ~25 engineers across three teams, directly managing a growth platform team while providing strategic and organizational leadership across the full group. This is a high-ownership leadership role for a Director who is both people-first and visionary: someone who is passionate about growth engineering and maximizing the potential of an already high-performing team.
This role requires deep technical expertise in designing and shipping growth systems. You’ll partner closely with leaders in Product, Performance Marketing, Partnerships, Data Platform, and Analytics to build reliable foundations, and to translate growth strategy into high-leverage technical capabilities.
