I'm on my second Mistel Barocco split mechanical keyboard.
First with a MD600 and now the MD770. I only upgraded because I liked the 770 has a full row of function keys and arrows keys making me less reliant on function keys for those extra key presses.
If the keys are too hard to press, you need to get switches that have lower actuation force (I use MX Browns), if you are having issue bending wrists I think you need to find a keyboard that tents well.

I haven't spent much time on it lately and there are a few things I need to fix but I have been too busy.
While I am not in the black with the project (even if I consider my time as free) it still helps be think about other streams of income that maybe aren't passive but can be tied into my hobbies so will feel much less like work.
PHP dev here, I never found anything that paid well enough on a "marketplace" site to bother investing time in.
My advice is to get networking, if you can get into the ears of enough people you will stumble upon someone who needs help AND may pay you a decent rate. I would have never found my "after 5" gig had it not been for a recommendation from a previous co-worker.
I've been working with After5.io for a few months and it has been great so far. After joining I basically jump to a JIRA board at my leisure and pull work to do.
I've also stumbled across https://www.turtle.dev/ which seems like a similar idea but I have no knowledge of the product.

UI would be amazing (and presumably this puts pressure on GitLab to invest in it).
The Actions UI is going to be huge for user adoption.
I can't say how many commits I had of various .gitlab-ci.yml files with just tiny changes in each one.
#2 is not entirely true. It appears that in the U.S this is a state law that can vary by state. In Arizona it seems that they leave this up to the employer which means obviously they will choose not to pay out that balance.
This is spot on. The argument is probably that the 100k will benefit "everyone" where as the raise only benefits that one person. Where in reality that raise most likely has a much better ROI.
I just like the idea that a private company can _disrupt_ transportation in such an area where mass transit sucks.
Personally, I would be much more inclined to commute if I could use that time more effectively (Netflix, offline coding, even napping).

Technically it says 20 hours of billable work. I'm no consultant, but sometimes 20 hours of billable work is much more than 20.
It's also likely that he didn't realize what he was doing at the time. Maybe he felt upset or stressed about the situation but not necessarily that he was subconsciously hoping to failure.
