I am already lost by your explanation. Is it that you are providing real time developers to help, or is it that you are providing developers who can offer quality work? And if it's the latter, how exactly are you ensuring the quality of the work without subjecting the users to the arduous process of finding one via the conventional way?

The author has little to no idea how many trade secret cases are brought each year in the U.S., and the conviction rate stemming from thos cases. The staggering number is simply too overwhelming to simply write such an igonrant article.

The fact is that ideas are stolen at a rate more common than anyone's guess. Most companies have a NDA/non-compete agreement for a reason. While the know-hows might not be readily apparent, reverse engineering is not far from outcry. While a good idea requires flawless execution to make a successful business, the majority of the population fails to understand that the idea, or the conception, is all that is needed to take that freedom of operation from you...just ask any patent attorney.

The ticker here really is that most of us can't speak layman terms. If we practice our pitch and our grandparents roll their eyes, it only means that most probably wouldn't understand our product or service we are trying to sell. They would appreciate it when we are able to tell them what to appreciate, in pure English form minus all the technical jargon.
