(Note: I work at Zapier.) Thanks for the kind words, aaronharnly! You're right, we don't have a generalized way to do that sort of thing right now, but if you're triggering from a webhook, one option might be something like:

- duplicate your prod zap

- adjust the url to send a webhook to both your prod zap, and your (duplicate) dev zap (with just a single request): https://zapier.com/help/webhooks/#triggering-multiple-webhoo...

- once your changes are ready, "promote" it by turning the new zap on, and the old one off

There could be other workarounds for doing similar things, kinda depends on the overall structure of that particular Zap. Feel free to give us a shout anytime, and we could take a closer look at your specific setup! https://zapier.com/app/contact-us

True, time is always limited, but there's also something to be said for doing things that can't possibly scale while your company is still small enough for it to be possible.

I had a bizarre overdraft charge from Suntrust, as well (although I got them to reverse it.) It happened this summer when I was closing my checking account with them.

The closing date was set to the day that the last scheduled charge was going to hit, and so they gave me my cashier's check with all the funds except the $25 for the last scheduled charge. But there was also going to be a credit for $0.10 in interest on the account (which was necessary to pay the $25 charge.)

Apparently the system was able to calculate all of that properly so that the debit matched up to the funds left in the account on the closing date, but on that day the debit was processed before the 10-cent credit. So they wanted to charge me $75 in fees because of a 10-cent overdraft that their system created!

Definitely agree with this. With an iphone and a laptop already, I don't have much need for an ipad.

However, I was watching the unveiling with my mom, and she thought it might be perfect for her needs. She doesn't have (or want) a smartphone and doesn't really need (or want to spend the money on) a full-fledged laptop. But she does want an easy-to-use portable device, especially one that she can use on trips for emailing, maps, watching movies, etc.

Oh, and the Wii analogy fits perfectly for her, too.
