I worked at a startup, that was applying to be a B corp, where the CEO asked everyone to rate the product 5-stars. Gave them guidance on how to fill out the forms and what to write.

Is this not Capitalism? Lowering costs. If your worth more then what you are getting paid, quit? Ask for a raise? Seems bad to expect companies to just drop fantastic paying jobs into your laps.
Government regulation to increase wage prices, seems like communism.
