There is a word like that in swedish (bordskrydda) and danish (bordkrydderi) meaning spices/seasoners that are on the table (and added as each person prefers during the meal). Direct translation would be "table seasoners" or "table spice".
The Swedish government didn't say that, some researcher did, and it was talked about in the public service news, afaik. The part of the government they asked on the topic said it was unsafe to have sensitive conversations in any brand of car.

Console game discs do not require a license key, the disc itself is the key. Apart from not having to fear losing your account and thus the game, you also get the added benefit of being able to sell or trade the game.

Sure you can! Downloading the localizations is a large extra complexity in development though, while simply bundling them all is a minor bother in increased download size, for the customer.

You're right. But it's worth considering that most people don't know or care what an IMEI is, and even less so would they understand the consequences of sharing it with an app.
Most users will probably indeed grant the permission when asked, but the choice is there, rather than requiring ALL manifest permissions to install and run the app, so it's a lesser of two evils, imo.
What do you mean? Do you have an example? Is this some kind of work-around?
Isn't this solved with run-time permissions model since android 6? Customers can be informed before requiring individual permissions, in a context where it is understandable, such as requiring WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE when saving a picture. Am I missing something?

Cool. I think this tool has a lot of potential users, especially if you can make it pick between commonly available props, esc, motors and so on. Imagine how cool this would be if it could make a list of those things and export a 3d-printable frame :)
Interesting, do you have some more info about how it works? When I make the battery larger, is it considering the weight of the battery? Weight of motors, props, etc?
I think a lot of the success from facebook buy/sell groups is that the items will actually show up in people's newsfeeds once they have joined a regional/topic group for trading. This probably raises awareness of second hand items available in general. If the marketplace is going to be a separate part of facebook, It might not be as engaging.
It's just a checkbox that's called "developer mode", it's not really the same as formally declaring yourself a developer. The important and interesting thing here is that there is a general power-user mode with shortcuts for people who know about advanced computer usage. That you own the computer is not a good measure of your capabilities with it, that would probably be a pretty confusing checkbox for the vast majority of users. I guess you have a point about the naming, but it needs to be (from msft point of view) some kind of name that doesn't tempt non-technical people to enable it.
That's probably excessive, it's just an alias for the local IP of the router. Unless you expect some user of your network to type in that URL on a switch or something, which seems a bit far fetched to be honest.
as a dk2 owner, I would guess that it's not very nice, any amount of lag or stuttering in the rift is catastrophical to the experience, IMO.
