Curious as I’ve been thinking about doing the same, what are you running on your Linux box for your TV? You have to deal with family and little kids too?

I'm actually quite curious about what you have heard regarding families before WWII.

Many of the stories I've heard are themes of struggle and survival.

Sorry, I'm a bit naive in this area. How easy is it really for a Chinese vendor set up a shell company and build a fly-by-night business to compete with a legitimate seller who has to spend a considerable amount of money? Especially if they are only able to snipe a few sales away from the legitimate company before getting deleted?

It is a contract and is completely legal. A contract does not need to be "fair" to both sides, only "reasonable". There might be some argument that this contract is unconscionable, but that is a difficult battle, especially when one has so willingly given up their rights to their material. The court system was not designed to come running in to save individuals just because they have made a foolish deal.
