This is entirely normal if you subscribe to any form of current/past neoliberal ideology surrounding trade, borders and embargos. If you believe that an embargo towards a certain country or business is valid because you believe they are a threat to national/public security, I see little difference between that and ISPs being forbidden from working with certain companies/websites/ip ranges

So a piece of software working 95% of the time to 1 mil users is deemed "of higher quality" by this metric than a piece of software working 100% of the time to 1k users. Its so silly to see people actually believe the EU is a real sovereign body. The only thing unifying various nationalists within the EU is Americas dominance in the global market and their opposition to it. An EU freed from American (and Chinese) political and market pressures will eventually lead to their various nationalists turning their anger towards whoever gets to sit on top of the EU (probably germany) and fracturing the union.
