A quick search gave me the information that death by suicide is going down. If there is an increase in anxiety and depression, I see no reason to blame social media. If used in a good way, social media make us feel well.
Anxiety, depression and suicides are nothing new. I don't blame on either ordinary or online social interaction. Instead I think social interaction is healthy, given it has a good quality, whether it's online or not.

I don't think they are paid for having money. When saving money in a bank, you don't have the money. The bank has it, and you are being paid for letting them have your money.
If drugs were legal I imagine that other than the cartels would produce and sell the drugs. Maybe big pharma and the tobacco industry.

I think you do get a lot of information from lasers on the road. At my job the fork lift trucks have blue lasers and it works very well.
Probably a lot can be done to help safety without adding noise. Maybe something as simple as warning signs for silent cars can help.
I don't think noise is necessary. It's only that people are used to noise. I usually wear sound isolating earphones outdors, so I don't hear cars as much now. But to compensate for that I look more around. That's something everyone could learn. Exception is those that are blind, but I think they should be able to get some help from technology to warn them from cars.

There's a difference in being difficult to enforce and impossible to enforce. Laws like we are discussing here are enforceable enough.
The right of privacy is violated if someone that wanted to stay anonomous is defamed. Doing searched automatically is also very different from doing it manually. But even if it's done manually, defaming someone still goes against their right to privacy.
Why should pornography actors not have responsibilities for what they do?
They should have a right for privacy.
Laws are often difficult to enforce, but that is not a reason to not have the laws.
