As the article say: "The lab will be a space for engineers to design energy-efficient servers for Facebook data centers ...". Those servers are open compute servers that are totally open source. You can get the blue prints online
No they were fined because they broke the rules. If they don't agree with the rules they need to get them changed first. They just pretended they didn't exists in hope that they rules was going to be changed
Did you run it on HHVM? That class is implemented in HHVM https://docs.hhvm.com/hack/reference/class/AsyncMysqlConnect...
If enough people leave the shares will not be worth much anyway
Same with me. I use to donate blood in Sweden but after moving to the US I'm not allowed anymore
Swedish landlines seems to not work. I manage to lookup my old mobile phone number and it say Sweden correctly. But if I input +4686736000 I get 404 back.
A friend went through the Swedish banks and ranked them (post in Swedish https://friendlybit.com/security/hur-sakra-ar-svenska-banker... and Google translate https://translate.google.com/translate?sl=auto&tl=en&js=y&pr... )
The response he got was the banks starting fixed their problems. He had one group of banks that he classified as you should stay away from. All those banks fixed things so they are not longer in that category
I worked at a company that sold video games and hardware online. Our phone number ended with a 001. So we thought that maybe we should get the same number but ending with 000 instead. Unfortunately it was taken so we called it to see if we can buy it.
They told us people keep calling them all the time hoping that 000 would take them to our switchboard so they were happy if we would take the phone number. I think we paid them a little for it too and promised that if someone called us and asked for them we would give them their new phone number.
Did he have 100k followers 2 years ago when he posted that or does he have it now?
What do you need the full friend list for?
Why not just sync the tracks to your phone? Spotify allows you to sync 3333 tracks per device.
Spotify don't pull albums. Record labels does.
The way I solve it is to not listen to them if the record label pull the music. If they don't want my money I'm not going to give them any.
According to the footnote he tested with pypy 1.9. There was just a post here a day or two ago that pypy 2.3.1 was release. Seems like one should at least use the latest version when testing. Pypy 1.9 was release 2 years ago.
Question is if Beats have the same deal as Lala did: http://thenextweb.com/apple/2010/07/02/streaming-itunes/
Lala's label licenses didn't transfer if the company was bought.
I thought browsers used http://publicsuffix.org/ and not length of domain names to do that.
Have you read the blog post? If so what don't you agree with?
You must have missed libspotify which existed for a long time: http://developer.spotify.com/en/libspotify/overview/
Notch even congratulated them: https://twitter.com/#!/notch/status/115752966702628864 . And people didn't believe him so he posted: https://twitter.com/#!/notch/status/115753196785381376
