I try to not sign up for things where I'd be super sad if I stopped paying and things went away, like old emails on an account I haven't used in ages.

My first thought based on the video is that its serverless, so it can't be deplatformed or taken down, but it does not appear to be the case since you are still hosting it somewhere, so those looking for having a blog that can't be deplatformed will be disappointed. I believe there are other products that DO do that to some extent, though.

However, taking out that premise, it still looks interesting, and I would love to try it out. I tried to get someone on one of the static site generators but just getting everything setup on their computer and then teaching them the needed workflow was not trivial, and not something I would try again with anyone less tech-savvy or without being there with them during setup and teaching. I've seen platforms that simplify, but then you are paying a fee again for that too.

If you figure that out I'd love to know. My company has been moving things to teams and things could be much better.

Does it really matter when 0% of people I email could decrypt it, yet my work uses a "Hipaa" feature for office365 email and though I can send to anyone, zero checks that I'm actually sending to the right person.

One way to record calls is to setup a voip number that you can call and put them on three way conference. Voip.ms makes this easy, I've also done it with Twilio. I also live in a 1 party consent state.

Sounds to me like a fancy (and attractive) medium to sell gold to people in a way they can't verify anything and there is a huge "markup" on account of production.

I don't think we should "bust unions", we need to pass laws that hold them accountable and have consequences. Make disciplinary records permanent and on a national registry. Many employees get "points" from getting to work late and fired after too many points. Excessive force should be on this list for police.

Make lying in police reports a crime that results in firing, make not reporting on other cops a crime.

I've not heard of enpass.io. What are the strengths and are there well researched reviews / security evaluations?

I am trying to decide between LastPass, Bitwarden and KeePassXC. 99% of passwords in LastPass as I've used it for many years but all my passwords for my most recent job are in KeePassXC (plus some others) and BitWarden beats them both in terms of a few security features (such as 2FA options), plus is cheaper than LastPass.

I use Overleaf + github. Works well. It also supports Dropbox.
