I just wanted to say: When it comes to motivation and a good course in a job, you might just be on top. A world renown hospital - i know of it and am from Germany - in that medical area is just awesome.

How good are solutions like stable diffusion at inpainting nowadays? What about the watermarks of getty et at that have been part of some of dall-e 2.0 images. Could one feasably remove such watermarks or stuff like a white grid array with these solutions?
So how convincing are these solutions in the worst case is what i am asking.
or update via usb

And it would even be open-source copyleft [0] because the "AI" can't claim it's copyright either! Check mate patent trolls

when you start to coin terms like rug pull and web3, it sure does feel like a systematic problem. There are people who specialize in asserting if you can trust a new token or not - why would i invest in something so janky?
hm, i think that page needs to be updated. They suggest protonmail for email and it has been shown, that they will do ip-logs etc.
- no auto sync of content like plex/netflix is the biggest one for me - if the server isn't accessible, the entire app just doesn't work on android. It would be cool to have your shows on the go - metadata/initial content library setup took ages (read 10+ hours) for me (12+TB content) - no live-tv over tvheadend.. but that should be similar to plex
overall, not quite ready, but on it's way
which shouldn't be a problem if you were transparent about meeting with said experts (name them) and explain your change of mind accordingly.
it might be a weight constrain?
The biggest thing i'd like to have would be bots in fully encrypted chats and the android client to not break the encryption between clients all the time.
i can however go somewhere with a bucket load of $100 bills and pay in person
Am in Germany and can get a basic check up figuratively every day of the year completely for free. It might take a day for a specific appointment, but if i just went to the doctor they would see me guranteed and could assess any ailments. So there you have a country that is similar enough to the US that shows how a single payer system can work. I agree, that there is no such thing as an ideal healthcare model :)
another con is: It's very hard to figure out how high your personal tax rate is if you don't track all your spending. I guess it's less of a problem for you guys over the pond, but at least in countries like Japan and Germany where at least 60-80% of all payments are done with cash it's near impossible to know unless you track your spending by hand.
I agree with you that VAT would be cool to have as the sole tax, though.
This could be the win-win-win for all parties, if only the cuda cores on the die have to be known good, it could mean, that the yield of nvidia goes up, gamers get their gpus with graphics, and miners get a card that can mine for a limited amount of time but then can't go into secondary market.
fun fact - mars has great time zones. No silly country borders and also had them even before we had time zones on earth https://marscalendar.com/time-zones
Also, the external pressures to be the first on the moon instead of the USSR we're quite high.
perhaps even "lawful" interception shouldn't be lawful after all?
if you're using android: youtube vanced (https://vanced.app/) blocks all ads without root
