The education system itself is pretty broken, but not for the Early Childhood scene. Wife is doing her degree at the moment, and there is a great honor of a child's family's culture -- Embedding it into the child's learning. In terms of Primary schooling, I've had 2 friends who have decided that the reports they are needing to do on such a deep level and regular basis are to the point of holding back what they can teach and left the teaching industry altogether.
A few people in larger buildings are indeed having an issue with connecting to the base point.
This access point 'network' uses each other to make a mesh network, increasing the chance that the nearest access point has a connection to the base access point, which has a connection to the internet.

Plugin functionality can be coded into the theme itself. Unless it isn't 'custom' that is. Then there is a plugins folder.
