This is one of the reasons I opt for PayPal in the US when I have the choice. I've been in too many breaches. Direct to bank would be better, but I trust PayPal's security more than a random ecommerce website's security.

Not true. You can use the OpenJDK for free until the end of time. If you want ongoing updates beyond six months, there are a bunch of free distributions: Azul Zulu Community (7/8/11/13/14), AdoptOpenJDK (8/11/14), etc.

It's mostly FUD: it's only relevant for the Oracle JDK; it doesn't apply to OpenJDK (or the other open distributions by other orgs).

iOS 7 was so much better than 6 it's not even funny. I'm so happy the skeuomorphic look was finally killed.
They didn't talk about monetization. They could presumably sell Stadia games like Steam games (i.e. there's no subscription). They did mention being able to jump into games quickly, but there are plenty of ways to make that work (e.g. giving everyone some free time).
The Surface Pro has never had any USB-C ports.

The Surface Go, Surface Book 2, and Surface Studio 2 are the only Surface devices with USB-C ports.

What are you suggesting they show first? Most people would argue that Google's translation service is the best of the free/ad-supported options out there.
Even Bing shows Google's translator first (after their own inline version).
Re Grubhub/Seamless (I used to work there):
The sense I got was that they haven't unified the brands yet because they're really afraid of messing up the NYC market. Grubhub merged with Seamless in 2013 because leadership wanted to get into NYC, and Seamless owned/owns NYC. It's a hugely profitable market for the company.
They've toyed with the idea of bringing the brands closer (particularly around the Grubhub rebrand last year), but nothing's happened so far.
