According to YouTuber Bjorn Nyland, some such as Circle-K had already installed charging stations and are now removing some pumps and replacing them with chargers while adding even more charging stalls.

Smoosh
I smoosh things. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't.
The movie Touching the Void is highly recommended.
If only it were that easy! The economy would collapse if scams were stopped. There would be no progress. The president would be poor. We are already losing the scam war with china, this would just hand victory to them. Is that the world you want to live in? /s
But seriously, I wonder how much of the economy is scam activity?
Also, the three sticks are called the stumps and are topped with two unattached cross-beams which are called the bails. Hitting the wicket (stumps) does not count unless one or both of the bails are dislodged.
Let’s be clear here. If the ball is bowled and strikes the stumps and dislodges a bail, that is “bowled out”. If the batsman contacts the ball but it still hits the stumps and dislodges a bail, that is “played on“. If the batsman in playing the ball dislodges a bail, that is “hit wicket”.
“Replaced” seems very pejorative here.
The times are clearly changing, as they always do. Are you saying that it is “natural and sensible” to be racist and xenophobic? Perhaps it is. But perhaps we can do better.
Thanks for that final BTW which sent me on a side quest to listen to a half dozen different versions and gave me a completely different outlook on what that song was about and what it was saying. Made it even more poignant.
Try Orion
they described these projects as a horror show. Yes, they allowed, some progress was made, and some of it was pretty cool, but he also left a long, fiery trail of chaos in his wake. Months later, some teams were still grinding through waves of cleanup work.
That has been my experience with supporting and maintaining many large systems, so this has long been the case even without AI.
I assume the use of AI allows the crappy, flawed systems to be developed faster and perhaps cheaper.
I have to think that there were other similar things contemporaneous with this device as the skill and knowledge displayed in its design and execution would not come ex nihilo.
Sadly they seem to be lost to us.
And yet we still have a huge problem with spam calls and “nothing can be done about it”.
Personal anecdote from my wife yesterday. She doesn’t get many spam calls but has noticed that when a particular friend calls her, she gets a spam call later that day. I surmised that the friend has some spyware on their phone which is reporting “active” numbers.
Why do you think musk was all about the small private tunnels for transportation but then he blabbed to the public and was forced to go quiet?

As is that “off road adventure 4x4”, yet people still buy them.
We may or may not be experts on a particular topic but most of us are inexpert at estimating competence on that topic.
“Weaponizedspaces” seems appropriate.
Are we actually being serious right now of America doing a conflict with Cuba?

F9 is their Model 3/Y. Starship is their Cybertruck.
Perhaps they are thinking "I Like People Who Weren't Captured".
I suspect that they are willing to wait a few more years until they have built up their own chip making capacity so that disrupting Formosa won’t strongly affect their own economy, while it will hinder other developed countries.
Nice, thanks.
“When I took over our military, we didn’t have ammunition,” Trump said Monday. “I was told by a top general – maybe the top of them all – ‘Sir, I’m sorry. Sir, we don’t have ammunition.’ I said, ‘I’ll never let another president have that happen to him or her.’ We didn’t have ammunition.”
“provides critical funding to sport, racing and broadcast industries”
I foresee that the amped-up sports gambling will destroy professional sports as all results will be tainted with the probable interference from the gambling industry and those trying to “game the system” (irony noted).
Remember when many people online were complaining that electric vehicles were bad because the grid wouldn’t be able to cope with the demand to charge them?
I suppose those people are now saying the same thing about datacenters, but I just haven’t seen them yet.
The tweet/meme about the face eating leopards seems to be entirely applicable to our current times.
Why would the team apply different strategies if it would not yield any extra points and would probably upset the lower finishing driver ?
You left out a step:
Also Trump: We’re cancelling CAFE because it’s woke.

The great thing about populist slogans like “drain the swamp” is that they don’t specify what exactly will be done and how, so they are highly malleable.
Could the non-tech stocks be down because the productivity increases expected from AI are illusory? Or that when the bubble bursts the economy will be wrecked and all businesses will be affected?
Couldn’t it be rooster-adjacent?
