by 'vector' they just mean a list of numbers (ex. [32,5,8,11]).

By dimension they mean the number of items in the list. In the above example it's a 4 dimensional vector.

Make the numbers binary digits and voila.

By hyperdimensional they mean the list has 500 or more items.

The main Proton-Boron reaction produces charged particles instead of neutrons. You can capture the charged particles directly as a source of voltage with no intermediate step. Just stick a piece of metal in the way and hook up wires.

Conventionally, neutrons are used to generate heat which is then used to drive steam turbines.

Can any of this be beaten into a way to verify group membership?

Say you want to prove you are a member of the AMA or IEEE, or Bar? Could you set up a large group for the association and their communications, and then when asked provide verifiable credentials that you are a member? Like a group membership signature?

For x⋅0=a (i.e. 1/0) no number fits. It's like a database search that finds nothing. It's a null. A point that is not in the set.

For x⋅0=0 (i.e. 0/0) any number fits. Is there such a thing as an anti-null? In the infinite set, 0/0 is infinite.

If a/0 isn't any number if you exclude 0, then a/0 should be zero. Tada!

...of course zero wasn't in the set, which makes it a null
