Not as strongly. The main issue is, for all the cheap talk that comes out of the government, the fact is that spending (on many things, but especially infrastructure) is divided into London (plenty of money) and the rest ("maybe some of what's left, and you provincials better be grateful").
Firefox's tab groups, combined with "Don't load tabs until I click on them", are what I use to deal with dozens of tabs. Though being able to have more groups sat in the background with comparatively little performance hit definitely feeds my tab addiction...
It's possible from the Android mobile app (though I believe that's unofficial), though it's more fiddly than on the desktop.

It's not just rising sea levels caused by climate change [0]: extreme weather will likely become more common, and will disproportionately impact the societies least prepared to cope with it.
[0]: Though just try searching for "Climate Change Map" and see the likely effects in your parts of the world. Florida? Gone in some predictions, along with major European cities like Hamburg and vast swathes of the Netherlands, low lying land on the African coast and countless examples the world over. "A few million pacific islanders" this is not.
Some sort of collection of relevant rules and regulations, or even an article outlining the process of setting up a small business (SaaS, small scale, if it's relevant) in Germany.
For the UK there's pretty good guides online, and gov.uk has some useful information for Britain. But I know (assume?) the process is quite different in Germany.

You can definitely cherry pick some examples for that to be the case, particularly for historical reasons and/or very close cultural ties. From an outsiders perspective, Austria and Germany are extremely similar (though neither Austrians or Germans would tend to agree!)
Whilst cultural differences in the US do undoubtedly exist, in Europe simply travelling a hundred miles can take you across 3 countries with 3 languages and 3 distinct cultures. There's plenty of diversity to be found.
In short: The First Past the Post Voting system.
The Ulster Unionists will get that many votes but in a small number of seats in Northern Ireland. The Conservatives might just win by a small amount but in a large number of seats, each of which translates directly to an MP in Parliament.
