That's great to read. I've used Windows for years for music production and recording, due to lot's of audio interfaces which performed best on Windows than on Mac and Linux.
In lot's of recording studio I went, they almost always have Windows with Cubase in a case of something wrong with Mac and Pro Tools.

You're confusing causation and correlation. There are no links between asylum seekers, refugees and gangs, and crimes.

You sound like you're from EU, well, there are plenty of Syrians, maybe you should try to talk to some of them. It's cheaper than a psychologist.

Yes, a union is a way to gather forces, not only in your company, but also in broader spaces. It's easier for a union (even of two) to ask to meet your local elected officials, to seek legal support, advices from other union.
If you make electronic music using only virtual instruments and effects, it's ok. But if you play live, record live bands with lot's of mics and need to use physical hardware. Neither Mac nor Linux are an option.
Lot's of interface simply work best with Window.

I mostly play fighting games. A 7% drop in FPS is more than enough to break the whole game experience as combo rely on frame data. For example Street Fighter 6 is locked at 60 fps. A low punch needs 4 frames to launch and leaves a 4-frames window to land another hit. If there was a 7% drop in FPS, you would miss your combo. Even the tiniest drop in FPS makes the game unplayable.
It's the same for almost every fighting games. I know it's a niche genre, but I'm quite sure it's the same for other genres. It's a complete dealbreaker for competitive play.
