If your employees are performing worse than initially, then what are you paying them training for? And getting more comfortable in their position should usually reduce friction around their job and have more experience, so they can do their job better..

I, and others, have been using Yr.no for many years across the world. It’s only really failed me once, when other weather providers also failed. I dislike the iOS app, the Android app is a beauty. Just using the website is fine though, because it’s super fast.

Correct, I am under the assumption that it is not included. Some examples from real life: a phone’s battery life is often greatly improved by simply lowering the backlight. Around 2010 we started putting LEDs as backlight in devices, greatly improving battery life, and if you take a laptop with Linux you can often disable the backlight and power usage of 0 in backlight compared to screen off and using external only is the same for me (so rendering and output still occurs the same amount, but in one case there’s just LCD and no backlight and in the other it’s no LCD no backlight).

Nothing frustrates me more than comments using hyperboles they copied from somewhere else. Personally I do prefer some visual indication that something crashed. Indeed. Similar to how young people will read books while their parents barely finish the sensational short articles in a newspaper. They seem to be more willing to figure things out, especially combined with their tribal actions like going to great lengths to make sure that everything they wear is black, or has a certain logo on it, or that they only listen to particular music. If a particular social app has a gate, then it can be all the better for them. [1]

Not to say that making your app unnecessarily annoying is grounds for success! There were probably 500 apps on the very same day as Snapchat launched that you never heard about.
