My top 2 picks: 1) The fact that dialog windows almost always open on the wrong display if you have two displays and the external is the main one, 2) The fact that windows' positions/sizes are not remembered, There are a few other things (for example, occasional performance issues) but these two annoy me the most.

Aside from that, I absolutely LOVE Inkscape - there are no better tools if you want to have granular control over the SVG.

Edit: here's another one, not sure if macOS related tho - auto-selecting the parent when clicking the path underneath it. Because of that, I can't use a hotkey to switch the visibility of the selected path on/off (Inkscape switches the visibility of the parent layer instead, affecting everything that's inside).

Nicely done, thank you! It's "small" features like this that make software really nice and pleasant to use. Don't stop there!

If you want something just as surprising & good, I'd recommend giving "Slay the princess" a go - a really unique hidden gem. Or, if you're not into it, then check Euro Brady's playthroughs for this game ( he also did DDLC btw. ) - the commentary is awesome and gives insight into many things you wouldn't normally find out yourself.

You clearly have no idea how people with ADHD / parents of ADHD kids feel like. Just because you can "overcome your cognitive dissonance" doesn't mean that everybody has the same freedom/will/strength to do so. Adding the weight of the "drugs" tag is not a way to help those who need medication to barely function like a normal person.

If you don't see the difference between metaamphetamines and their deriatives vs methylphenidate, then you don't have any right to comment on the subject. And no, it's not a "drug". Calling it such is guilt-tripping those that want to/do use MPH it and there's already a ton of that in the lives of people with ADHD. A parent hearing somebody call MPH a "drug" = "There's no way in hell I'm giving my kid DRUGS!!11". For kids with ADHD (and for people with ADHD in general), medication is massive a life changer ( and saver too ) - from often nightmare to livable/decent. You don't have any right to take that away from them.

Which TTS would you suggest? Anything out there that is able to properly see/handle modulation, punctuation and overall sentence 'mood'? I've been looking for something easy to set up but most is either extremely complex or is producing output of relatively poor quality.

Neat idea! One thing I'd recommend though - on your website, on the landing page, put a short video/animated gif that immediately shows an example of use. Also, it took me quite a while to spot the little bug in the bottom-left corner so you may want to perhaps expose it a little bit more? Perhaps add a little animation that focuses the user's attention there? Good luck!

Wasn't there a research where they put very sensitive microphones in the ears of a tinnitus-affected woman and they actually were able to record something (noise/sound)? I wonder what came out of that.

Thanks, but the issue is I don't need XCode. It's a weird use case, I know - I need to be able to access App Store to download old versions of Apple's Motion/Final Cut Pro, ones that are only available for Big Sur. If this is somehow possible, then I would really appreciate any tips, thanks!

I'll ask again, since I didn't receive an answer up till now: is it capable of running macOS Big Sur on an ( Apple Silicon{M1 or later} + macOS Monterey{or higher} ) host? If so, would I be able to install apps via App Store on this Big Sur?

Is there a point in building another PNG to SVG tool though? I've been in this workflow for quite a while and web-based converters never really seem to work properly. The only decent solution for me has been using Inkscape's Image to SVG converter. Don't get me wrong, I'm cheering for you but this is does look like something that may need to be a humongous project, so keep that in mind. Good luck though!!!

It doesn't matter how sluggish this is - all I'm looking is to start Big Sur, open App Store and install one app ( Final Cut Pro ). In other words, looking for a way to download the older version of FCP.

Can this be launched on an M1 Mac? I'm trying to find a way to run a Big Sur VM on my M1 Mac on Monterey/Ventura.
