Agreed. My last vacation showed how much they've changed our lives. Every day was completely improvised thanks to google, yelp, and maps.

Pay for more stuff.

13 of the 20 issues are on freeware or free services. Gmail way exceeds my expectations, because I know I'm the product, not the customer.
