when I'm completely relaxed after a breathing workout, I sometimes dont "feel" the need of breathing, for long periods, is that normal?

wow u got that high with drinking alcohol? did u went to see a doctor? i love drinking beer but i consider stopping everytime i feel my bpm increasing, it triggered panic attacks on me back in the day
Lately any thing that i drink (from beer to wine) increases my heart rate to 100bpm. not sure if thats good for my health.
yes, each user will have an user id (and also full name, phone and email)
thank you! We will use the data for customer segmentation purposes. For that, we will need to transform all the user's sources into a single entity for a given user, for example. And link that entity/user to another table, with their purchases so we can do the customer segmentation. I'm not sure about latency but honestly that's not really important at the moment, I just need to have a strategy to make an end-to-end solution for gathering the data, transform it and delivery a concise and coherent "user table" for the machine learning dude.
did the real physical thing/test 10 years ago to work with autoparts coating. really cool!
Feliz Natal :)
Actually I don't feel it anymore since I started to practice deep breath before I close my eyes. It improved my sleep a lot.
You just described exactly what happens to me and that "sleep phobia", I read somewhere, is linked usually to people with anxiety/panic attack issues. Not sure if that's your case but 100% accurate in my case.
there's a guy in my building that 100% of the time he talks about the weather when we met in the elevator. its kinda funny that some people can't deal with silence for a few seconds
Not sure about "all", but you have some ~free~ services on the web to convert playlists between deezer and spotify and vice-versa.
do you have any article pointing to that? i usually feel "powerful" for random activities after a 15min nap
started as an adult as well and couldnt stress this enough. anyone can play the piano with proper practice!
where I work at theres a beautiful, cool and collaborative office. friendly people overall. But I much prefer work at home or whatever I want. Just need a good ISP. If they ever tell us we need to go to the office in an arbitrary frequency, then im out.
question: is it possible to cache the music locally somehow so you download/stream the track only once?
being the type of person that need to focus on one task/life, i completely understand you! when I was commited to music production and paid the bills with it, I couldn't focus in any other thing/job. Now since the pandemics started, I had to focus in programming to pay the bills and had to quit music completely.
thats a great advice and makes total sense. thank you!
i make (electronic) music :)
a printable version of your link, in case someone want it as well: https://arxiv.org/pdf/1802.01528.pdf
thank you Paul for the references, will def take a look mainly in the early stopping problem.
thank you! on a quick look, that seems straight to the point, for someone who had calculus and linear algebra in 2006.
wolfram alpha told me its: cos(x) - xsin(x) lol kidding, i had calculus 15 years ago. so it sounds I should recap derivatives.
Thank you! appreciate your reply, honestly. i have an engineering degree but it has nothing to do with computers, so i kinda struggle sometimes. I basically want to get fluent with the metrics/performance when applying ML/NN, when to tweak what, how to improve some stuff, what algorithm works best for some of the problems, etc.
Well, not much. Data isn't the main product where I work for, so I end up just using python libraries for some mundane applications and small datasets (image classification and recommender systems). But I'm the "need to know from scratch" kinda person and I wonder if I should waste my time learning the math behind it or if its useless
what
Yep. That's exactly the point I think. It seems that all that and other arbitrarities lead to a big chain of unhapiness and its derivatives (anxiety (panic attacks, depression, burnout)), uncontrolled consumption, unemployment, etc.
