Mass stupidity. There is no epidemic in the area. Don't care what you say, there is a problem in Italy, and other places but not here. It simply isn't here on a scale that requires stopping everything. It is pure fear. What has happened is that fear itself has gone viral. It is only the fear that is worth fearing.

But what is most assuredly going to happen is what benefits rich people. The rest is collateral damage or pure luck. Is what it is, nothing new under the sun.

Right, the rich have nothing to lose, the poorer capitalists pay for the over reaction. That's why we see an over reacting, panicking society, because the rich benefit from it. It is the only reason they do anything, I hate to break it to you.

Very accurate to say the love of power makes a fool. A fool is just closer to an animal than a "wise" man. Power over another is just selfish, as love, or the care of more than yourself is altruistic. By smart enough to know better I meant they aren't the ones perpetuating the games, not that they are not suffering from the games. You flipped it backwards.

That's because they are smart enough to know better. It is dumb people who play games with the lives of others, it is the fool who loves power.

The Elephant in the room. When it's all politics, as it is in most of modern society, success really has much more to do with the ability to lie and deceive than most are comfortable admitting. There in lies the entire problem, and the solution is inchomphesible to polititions who owe their entire self worth to their abilities to decieve.

Not a win for them at all. Still have to do a legal distribution negotiation. So how would this help them ? It'll help them pay $500 a year more, that's all and that's the point of this change. Nothing more.

Proves that honesty is really about being well trained. Which in America at least is the backbone of many, many unsolved problems . A entire culture based upon education and training only going to who is approved by the State and Capital, instead of training young people because they are young, and people.

Another system of mass stupidity. Our "leaders" should be absolutely ashamed of this disgusting "advancement" they have allowed to perpetuate uncontrolled. It's pathetic, and everyone knows it. Yet once again nothing will happen to improve things, they will "tweak" the algorithm and call it a day.

In a true Democracy nothing would be valued more by government run health care than human lives and/or human suffering.

Sure they would. A few days living in the real world and they would be right back to their instictual, institutionalized reinforced behavior of all that matters to them is them. Never going to change without culture "leaders" being killed, never has before. Put those fools on the streets for a few hours and they would do anything for 50k.

And hence the overall education level, which is what all this is about, would go up. Which is always the answer to the problem. What we have here is a lack of education.

The US is too corrupted with evil politicians to have adequate health care, because you need adequate, healthy people to implement that and we have Donald Trump and his kindred spirits. It's not rocket science, you have to care to make changes, and they simply don't care. Melania said it best.

Nobody in America will tolerate being around people poorer than themselves unless those people are doing labor for them. That's why we have this problem, rich people live in a deluded state of being intolerant to anything that doesn't make them feel good, because they want their delusions of grandeur to be accepted as reality and because they have the resources and control they make people suffer. That's what this is all about, they don't want to end the suffering because it would challenge their delusions.

Having to use widows to use Linux is a whole new level of dumb. Is what it is, but holy Christ is it illogical.

Concrete vs abstract thinkers. Some people can only really do concrete thinking, once the rule is in place they can follow instructions happily and never feel a need for more. Abstract thinkers will always want to think about the unseen, and have a need to manipulate what does not yet exist in the concrete world. Some can create, and the rest can then think about the creation. All on a continuum, of course.

Every man for himself can only be changed by the power of law. Blame your lawmakers, because it's exactly the way they need it to be. Divide and conquer.

That doesn't make me wrong. So somebody lies, and saying they lie is impossible ? I don't have to prove you're a liar to call you a liar, otherwise the liar always gets what they want. It's ok to call liars liars without it needing any work whatsoever. It's just a statement of fact, if you choose to believe the liar because they lied and nobody can do the work necessary to change your mind, that's on you. At least you had a chance to hear something besides the lie.

So no matter what I'm wrong. See, that's not true, it's just the status quo seeking itself. They lie, and seek to make it impossible to defy. NOTHING NEW.

What's wrong with this study is that what they claim was found is a complete lie. As in it is not true. What I don't like about it is that it is a lie.

You can learn in two ways, somebody can communicate( share, tell, write) the truth to you, or you can do an experiment. People in a Capitalistic society are rarely taught to do experiments, because what is learned by experiment cannot be controlled. Knowing how, when and why to do the experiment is what separates those who can create from the group that can only do what they are told.
