We are currently conducting a study on behalf of the European Commission in order to have a better understanding of the nature, scope and scale of contract-related problems encountered by Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in EU in using cloud computing services. The purpose is to identify the problems that SMEs in the EU are encountering in order to reflect on possible ways to address them.
