Akctuyally, reading the code instead of a documentation is one of the nice part of Zig.
It is such a readable language that I found it easier learning the API than most languages.
Zig has this on its side. Reading the unit tests directly from the code give, most of the time, a good example too.
I feel like it's worthless to keep up with Zig until they reach 1.0.
That thing, right here, is probably going to be rewritten 5 times and what not.
If you are actively using Zig (for some reasons?), I guess it's a great news, but for the Grand Majority of the devs in here, it's like an announcement that it's raining in Kuldîga...
So m'yeah. I was following Zig for a while, but I just don't think I am going to see a 1.0 release in my lifetime.

I am with you on that. HN is becoming a "14 years old edgy mini-tech" Facebook.
"Microsoft bad, Linux good" kind of comments are all over the place. There is no more in depth discussions about projects anymore. Add the people linking their blogs only to sell you thier services for an imaginary problem, and you get HN 2026.
It's maybe the time to find another tech media. If you know one, I would be glad to know.
The Windows filesystem isn't slow per se, it's a slowness caused by "a thousand cuts" type of problem.

A comment like yours is just like saying: "I know a buggy open-source software, why would I trust that other open-source project? The open-source community burned all possible goodwill".

And I totally agree with him. Throwing some kind of fallacy in the air for the show doesn't make your argument, or lack of, more convincing.

One of the kick-ass feature of PowerShell is you only need to add `[CmdletBinding(SupportsShouldProcess)] ` to have the `-whatIf` dry-run for your functions.

Microsoft has fully embraced Linyx now, it's time to move to the next step.
I canceled my subscription, and deleted my account due to the nagging and promotional annoyances.

When I see comment saying that onedrive confusing, and that people are having problems with it, I always wonder if the "hacker" crowd is really the "hacker" type they want to portrait themselves, or just inexperienced computer users bitching on Microsoft for internet points.
OneDrive is an easy and well integrated cloud drive. The principle of having a cloud drive is not new anymore, and I believe people should get over the fact that, indeed, the files on the cloud drive is... In the cloud; colour me surprised!

Why do I get a spinning "waiting" on every page? That doesn't seem "clean" to me... That's supposed to be raw HTML with a search.
It's cluttered with how to put your HTML character in your HTML, while being supposedly focused for devs...
All that doesn't make sense to me.
