I think that's partly because it's a fairly long conversation and partly because of all the LaTeX. There's enough formulas there to fill a small text book, and I doubt their renderer is all that efficient.

For all people with VR headsets I'd strongly recommend the game Windlands 2. It's an awesome swinging game. The default settings are more "grapple hook" than swing, but it can be changed.

I spent every ounce of effort I could muster last year to lose weight and dropped 36 kg, however there was never a point where that got easy to maintain, where my body wasn't screaming at me to eat. Crying oneself to sleep from hunger after walking 20000 steps per day is not how I could live the rest of my life. I understand that that is not the case for you, but you must understand that hunger and food cravings are not the same for all people.
There are people literally starving to death because they can't force themselves to eat and of course many more people eating until it kills them. How can you not realize that you happen to be naturally in between these two extremes?

No reason to try to avoid semantic search. Dead easy to implement, works across languages to some extent and the fuzziness is worth quite alot.
You're realistically going to need chunks of some kind anyway to feed the LLM, and once you got those it's just a few lines of code to get a basic persistant ChromaDB going.
If you touch the image when scrolling on mobile then it opens when you lift your finger. Then when you press the cross in the corner to close the image, the search button behind it is activated.
