nvidia gpus only, right? does it work with ati as well? CUDA is probably more advanced, so it's no surprise.

well, i am very excited to learn about your project, i don't think i will be able to contribute anything valuable anytime soon, but i would love to test once it's released, specially since you mentioned Wayland!
i'm porting my apps to heroku, no more app engine.
there are many things that google could have done if time allowed, but the manufacturers needed something quickly to compete with Appl€. there's no other company or entity who could have made it better.
it's not fair to compare iOS and Android, it's not one device or even strictly controlled specs.
Samsung Galaxy S2, unless you can wait another month or so for Ice Cream Sandwich.
i bet he's working on a desktop environment; first the kernel, then git, now i heard that he's fed up with gnome and kde, so let's see.
After I read the email from Google, I didn't think the impact would be huge on my small app that just started gaining users, but it was a little shock, I headed to HN to find out if other people are affected or my app was badly written. I think everyone is affected.
I will be moving my app, if anyone else likes to use a freelancer, please drop me a line: varese4@gmail.com
Motorola said they may go offensive against Android competitors, not other Android licensees; remember, it's appleinsider who's reporting.
I was kinda thinking about making my own, just for my own sites, got a cool domain: http://d0wnt1.me
I think the main reason is that there is so much going on in Ubuntu, or Linux in general, with every release. I really like to run the latest stuff, but 6-month cycle is not good for development machine, the updates sometimes break the system and I can't concentrate on my work, so the development system is a Mac, I have Ubuntu on other machines.
