I'm going to disagree and say that self-checkout has been good, and I only see the systems improving at stores I frequent and more stores are adding it every day. I'd call that a success.

it's not an exaggeration, there were also stores near where I live in <major city> that tried to do something similar with scanning apps and then abandoned it due to theft and added the standard self-checkout stations you see everywhere now.
The only way to be sure is to reinstall your OS, then the answer is no, there is no keylogger
"and now that there's an active board again, it has been busy."
The only way to win is not to play at all. Ignore people talking about things they don't know about. Take everything with a grain of salt and verify everything, even this.
I love TCMC, its my favorite story, but I enjoy reading the abridged version more. I find that every time I read the unabridged I end up feeling like it was slightly too long.
Sounds great where can I buy some

Would this mean that fs event based antivirus scanners could be side-stepped by writing a payload to a file and then never closing the handler?
RIP Signal
Signal does not care about users and prevents backups on iOS. Lose your device or delete the app due to some issues and reinstall? All your chats are gone!
My chats being gone from new devices is one reason I use Signal over others.
Signal still has message delivery issues (like long delays)…it’s 2022!!!
I've sent tens or hundreds of thousands of messages over the course of years and the only time i've had delays is when I had spotty service.
In this case a basketball court might actually increase the property value enough that your taxes would still go up
in my career i've personally worked with no less than half a dozen bald coworkers. i do think this is a good idea but won't work for everyone
It's like companies who get mad when a Jr engineer drops a production DB on his first day
better off just having a few drinks then since it's safer.
It seems very hard to do but I worked at a startup in the early 2010s and we were spending >500k/m. We had ~25 employees, 7 of them execs, all buying new homes and cars, meanwhile we had 1 single paying customer bringing in 10k/m. I told some of my close colleagues that we probably had 6-12 months left when I put in my resignation.
12 months later they laid off 10 of the 12 remaining engineers.
definitely breakfast. I can make it until noon on only water and a couple cups of black coffee with ease.
You could find it on b-ok to check it out, then purchase a copy of you like it.

The problem with hard restrictions like a cap on land ownership is that they would just find a way to circumvent the limit. The best approach is to incentivize them in another direction.
Started TypeBuf https://github.com/shanahanjrs/typebuf a few weeks ago.
It's just a fun little project that I tinker on in my spare time. The code's still not close to feature complete, nor is it very clean ATM but it'll shape up soon :)
Having gone through the effort of testing yapf and black a few years back I also prefer yapf.

As someone who's lived both near the equator and in snowy climates, having a car interior thats not 110F or 10F is very nice, especially if you have leather seats/steering wheel.
