Ask HN: Real-time photo stitching in DeepZoom?

Hi, I'm a newbie to DeepZoom and I was wondering if anyone has any resources that give information on how to stitch a collection of images into a single DeepZoom image as soon as they are uploaded to a pre-specified folder or album. Is this even possible?
