Ask HN: What do you use for scheduling individual meetings?

Specifically, I am waiting to hear about interviews for an internship to finish my PhD. Sites are all over the nation, and each interview lasts one day. Most sites have announced a few potential interview dates, which will be first-come first-served at the time of interview offers. I would like to be able to determine quickly which interview date is best for a given site. I would especially love to be able to see all potential dates in a given month, ideally colored by site, so I can easily try out different scheduling scenarios to prevent unnecessary travel (i.e. keep NE together, keep SoCal together, etc.). Does this service exist?
