Dear Gurbaksh,

You have come across to the public as nothing but an utter... jerk -- if you want to say "You were well aware that if I had gone to trial I would have gotten full exoneration." -- You have one option: Release the video.

It really is that simple. Your opinion of the SFPD aside; if you Truly in your generous, caring, heart-of-hearts realize that all you did was put the needs of RadiumOne above your own and poured your efforts and money into this, then show us how you put the well-being of your girlfriend in the same level of esteem where you would be fully exonerated from such baseless allegations.

Show us the video - then all will be forgiven. Clearly the video shall show you in the light you have been portraying yourself to be in, no?
