Ask HN: Social network for your house

A while ago a service which resembled a social network for your house/dorm, with ability to set up duties for people, and communicate with the landlord and stuff, hit the front page. Now that I need it, I cannot for the life of me find it, via google or otherwise. Anyone remember what it's called? :)

Otherwise, this might be a cool project.
