Ask HN: Is it possible to get a visa without a degree?

Last year I received nice replies from some US companies after sharing my resume and other references, some of them offered relocation but I ended up choosing telecommuting roles. I'm from South America, and also considering the possibility of studying abroad (Canada, US, Europe?).
