In a very short period of time, MtGox in Japan collapsed with a hole of $400M, FlexCoin in Canada hacked which also means its ruin, and Autumn Radtke, CEO of Singapore's First Meta Bitcoin exchange commited suicide (or was killed). Also "Japan may tax Bitcoin deals, stop banks, brokerages from handling". A few months ago China also announced it would forbid banks to handle bitcoin transactions.

Is it all coincidental or do you think all these events are somehow related?

Also, as a side note, although I think it's probably not related with the cryptocurrency incidents, there's the deaths or "suicides" of several top world bankers and financial executives in a very short period of time. 3 of them of JP Morgan.
