Ask HN: How do founders spend their time?

I run a media buying services firm that is also developing some ad-tech software. I've got 8 people on my team at the moment and am starting to delegate and develop managers. I'm at a loss as to how to allocate my time between: - Product Development - Selling/Spending time with customers - Team Development - Financial oversight - Raising capital (currently we're bootstrapped)
