Ask HN: Any Js lib with pan and zoom of normal DOM elements?

Hello!

I'd like to implement a diagramming sort of program and I'm looking for a js lib which would let me layout my elements in an abstract coordinate system and provides functions for panning and zooming around. Not just for images, but for laid out DOM elements. Is there anything like this available? Any recommendations?
