[UPDATE] Paypal issues with Git-deliver's Indiegogo campaign have been fixed.

I was informed by Indiegogo support that some payments had been refused due to the Paypal account being misconfigured. I have fixed it now. http://www.indiegogo.com/projects/git-deliver
